The
year 2007 brought the first organized speaker
series to Lyonia Preserve. Working with the
Florida Humanities Council, the
Environmental
Learning
Center
offered environmentally themed seminars to the
Deltona Regional Library. The speakers emphasized
various aspects of our local surroundings and how
the environment has shaped our history and
heritage. Speaking during the first part of 2007
